James has spent 30 years building and leading agencies that advise on strategic brand and corporate communications working in Europe, North America, Middle East and Russia. During this time, James has advised many senior executives of multi-national organisations on their most valuable corporate communications.
This includes the creation of best practice FTSE350 annual reporting, multi-lingual corporate websites and intranets, global brand identity strategy and implementation guidelines, as well as sustainability reporting and brand communications.
James also owns and operates a social media data analytics business called Listen, which measures a company’s social performance, letting Chairmen and their boards know what their customers, investors, employees are saying about them compared to peers
